Please make a video while opening the parcel so that if there is a damaged product you have proof of it.The product will be replaced or refunded only if you receive a damaged product or the wrong product.

In the rare case where you have received a damaged product due to courier transits. We request you to send opening video of product with us via email specialgift2212@gmail.com or whatsapp to 9891048006.Send us within 24 hours of delivery We will send you the replacement as soon as possible. If a video is not made while opening the parcel we will not be able to help you in any way.

So we recommend you to make a video while opening the parcel so that if there is a damaged product you have proof of it.
